为贯彻落实党的二十大精神和落实《浙江省海洋经济发展“十四五”规划》精神,引领海洋高端智能装备的科学研究及生产实践,拟于2022年11月25日—11月27日在舟山举行“2022年海洋高端智能装备国际学术会议”(2022 International Symposium on Marine High-end Intelligent Equipment,简称ISMHIE 2022),会议由浙江海洋大学和浙江省造船工程学会联合主办,为期3天。

In order to implement the spirit of the20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the spirit of the Fourteenth Five-year Plan for Marine Economic DevelopmentofZhejiang Province, and lead the scientific research and production practice of high-end marine intelligent equipment, it is planned to hold“2022 International Symposium on Marine High-end Intelligent Equipment”(ISMHIE 2022 for short)in Zhoushan from November 25 to November 27, 2022.ISMHIE 2022isco-hosted by Zhejiang Ocean University and Zhejiang Shipbuilding Engineering Society, andlastsfor three days.

一、会议背景与主旨

海洋是人类生存的基础,是未来发展战略要地,同时海洋还蕴藏着丰富的资源。海洋在政治、外交、经济、军事、科技中拥有重要战略地位。21世纪以来,国家高度重视海洋的发展。海洋装备是开发利用海洋资源的物质和技术基础,海洋高端智能装备是未来发展重要方向。

The ocean is the foundation of human survival and thestrategicfieldfor future development. At the same time, theoceanalso contains rich resources.The ocean has an important strategic position in politics, diplomacy, economy, military, science and technology. Since the 21st century,Our countryhas attached great importance to the development of oceans. Marine equipment is the material andtechnologicalbasis for the development and utilization of marine resources, and high-end marine intelligent equipment is an important direction for future development.

本届会议将重点关注海洋渔业智能作业,海洋可再生能源智能发电技术,海洋智能检测技术,智能与仿生计算流体及应用等方向,并邀请国内外相关专家学者及企业家,共同就海洋装备方向的研究热点及最新研究成果进行交流,共同探讨海洋高端装备产业链上下游融合的新方向。

ISMHIE 2022focuses on the intelligent operation of marine fishery, intelligent power generation technology of marine renewable energy, marine intelligent detection technology, intelligent and bionic computational fluids andrelativeapplications. In this context, the relevant experts, scholars and entrepreneurs fromhomeandabroad are invitedtoexchange research hotspots and latest research results in the field of marine equipment, and jointly discuss the newresearch directionoupstream and downstream integration of the marine high-end equipment industry chain.
